For added safety, the Phoenix Scooter comes with a headlight, so you never have to drive in the dark. Comfortable height adjustable, upgraded seat with flip back, adjustable width arms. Top speed on the Phoenix Scooter is 4 mph and a cruising range up to 15 miles on one battery.
